1. Introduction & Scope

Stringify AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our enterprise and academic users. This Privacy Policy governs the data collection and usage across the Stringify AI infrastructure, including Woodle Cloud, CheckLLM, and all associated deployment vehicles. We operate strictly as a business-to-business (B2B) infrastructure provider; our primary role is that of a data processor.

2. Absolute Data Sovereignty

Your intellectual property remains exclusively yours. Stringify AI employs a zero-trust architecture ensuring tenant data is strictly isolated. We do not sell, rent, or lease any client data to third parties. Our cryptographic event logs and compliance kernels exist solely to provide you with immutable auditability, not for external monetization.

3. Information We Collect

We collect essential account information required to provision secure workspaces (e.g., enterprise email addresses, verified credentials, role-based access configurations). During the operation of our digital workers and lab management tools, we process structural metadata strictly to enforce compliance guardrails (e.g., QA/QC boundaries, Part 11 digital signatures).

4. Security Measures

We implement enterprise-grade security, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and continuous automated vulnerability scanning. Access to production environments by Stringify AI personnel is heavily restricted, logged, and subject to mandatory background checks.

5. Contact Information
